Whitney has worked in the dental field since 1999 as both a dental assistant and Office Manager. This wide-range of experience has given her extensive understanding in not only the clinical aspect of the patient’s dental experience but also in the financial responsibilities of the insurance companies and the patients. Whitney has worked as Dr. Sanor’s Office Manager since her graduation from dental school in 2005. In July of 2007 she had the privilege of extending their working relationship when she began working as Elite Smile’s Office Manager and Insurance Coordinator. Insurance coverage information can be extremely confusing and frustrating to the patient. Whitney is knowledgeable in many types of dental insurance and always verifies the specifics of each patient’s policy before their first appointment to make sure that their benefits are being maximized. She is happy to answer or find the answer to any insurance question a patient may have.
